Adam is a retail industry specialist with more than 20 years of experience helping retailers and brands unlock growth through smarter merchandising strategies, operational efficiency, and customer-centric initiatives. His expertise spans pricing, promotions, vendor partnerships, private label development, loyalty strategies, and new store formats—all focused on driving both topline sales and bottom-line profitability. In addition to growth strategies, Adam has worked extensively on post-merger integration activities, pairing revenue growth initiatives with SG&A reductions to deliver synergy targets and sustainable impact. He partners closely with C-suite leaders and cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution, ensuring measurable results.
Adam began his career at Deloitte and subsequently spent time KPMG Strategy and Oliver Wyman before landing at AlixPartners. He also holds a Masters degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
